Questionnaire for Aviation Professionals Interested in Research Participation
Thank you for your interest in participating in research conducted by MITRE's Center for Advanced Aviation System Development (CAASD).
 
Please provide the information requested in this questionnaire to help us match you to studies that may be of interest to you. As new studies become available, MITRE will send an email to individuals whose information matches the needs for that study. This email will provide study details and information about how interested individuals can sign up. Completing this questionnaire does NOT obligate you to participate in any study.
 
This questionnaire is:
  • Brief. The questionnaire will take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
  • Confidential. Your answers to these questions are entirely confidential to the MITRE administrators who recruit participants for research studies.  Your information will only be used to contact you about research studies matching your background and to send you any compensation that might be associated with a study you participate in.
 
MITRE will maintain your information on a secure server; you may request that your data be deleted at any time.
